FRP pipe jacking process
采用12米长定长缠绕玻璃钢夹砂管生产工艺,在每根模具上一次生产出4段3米长的玻璃钢顶管按设计层数间断夹砂,每段顶管两端300~800mm的纯玻璃钢部分采用玻璃纤维织物局部增强的办法实现。每段顶管间采用特制的设备磨削和切断,修整达到规定形状和尺寸后一次性脱模即可。生产效率完全可以满足规定的工程进度要求。采用纯玻璃钢与玻璃钢夹砂复合增强一体化的设计方案和生产工艺。
Using the production process of 12 m long fixed length winding FRP sand pipe, four 3 m long FRP pipe jacking pipes are produced at one time on each mould. According to the design layers, the pure FRP pipe with 300 ~ 800mm at both ends of each pipe jacking is realized by local reinforcement of glass fiber fabric. Each pipe jacking section is ground and cut by special equipment, and demoulding can be done once the shape and size are reached. The production efficiency can fully meet the requirements of the project schedule. The design scheme and production process of the integration of pure FRP and FRP sand inclusion reinforcement are adopted.
