Performance comparison of three kinds of air ducts
(1)消声性能
(1) noise elimination performance
镀锌铁皮风管:无消声性能,必须加装消声器,且需要更大的空间(因消声器的外形尺寸比风管尺寸每边大出200mm),且消声器要达到应有的效果,其设置位置有一定的要求,实际工程中很难做到,造成实际消声效果也难以保证。而且在风速较高、单边长度较大又加强不够、或与高中频风机配套时还会产生二次噪声,使得消声措施事倍功半。

复合玻纤板风管:其管壁是一种多孔性吸声材料,对中、高频声波具有良好的吸声效果,有数据表明,中频在1000Hz~2000Hz,管径500×320情况下,其消声量可达到18~21dB/m,是一个很好的管式消声器,可以消除来自空调设备的一次噪声及阀体、管件等处产生的二次噪声,随着管道的延长,效果更为明显,故可省去专用消声器。

镀锌铁皮风管:导热系数很大(为60.4W/m.K),无保温性能,必须另外加包保温层及保温防护层,在风管法兰处保温厚度不易保证或无保温,将产生冷桥现象,风管壁面保温层的覆盖均匀度有时也会因安装净空不足够而不易保证。

复合玻纤板风管:管壁为离心玻璃纤维板,导热系数小(平均温度24℃时是0.029W/m.K,70℃时是0.04W/m.K),特别是外表复合铝箔布具有很高的热反射能力,且其强度和韧性均大大超过铝箔纸,不易破损。因其风管壁即为保温层,管道采用榫接、T形内框架对接和铁皮插接(或外法兰连接),使整个风管各部位保温均匀,无冷桥现象产生,具有良好的保温绝热性能。

(3)防火性能

镀锌铁皮风管:铁皮风管属不燃材料,但其保温材料是否燃烧要依材质而定,通常要选用离心玻璃棉等不燃保温材料,而聚苯乙烯板等则不能满足要求。

(4)防潮性能

镀锌铁皮风管:易受潮、腐蚀生锈,在输送含湿量大的空调用空气时更为严重,尤其风管制作时在铁皮咬口处镀锌层遭到破坏,同时又不易弥补和防腐处理,冷桥产生处也会有凝露对管道的腐蚀,也因此影响了其整体寿命。

(5)漏风量
(5) air leakage
规范规定:风管漏风量应根据管道长短及其气密程度,按系统风量的百分率计算。风管漏风率宜采用10%(对于一般送排风系统)
The Code stipulates that the air leakage of air duct should be calculated according to the length of pipeline and the degree of air tightness, and the percentage of air leakage of the system. The air leakage rate of the duct should be 10% (for general air supply system).
镀锌铁皮风管:风管总长度50m以下时,其漏风率通常要达到8%~10%,风管总长度增加时,漏风量要适当增加,当管内静压为500Pa时,风管单位面积漏风量为6m3/h.m2。
